If you’re on a budget, this is perfect. Well placed for all the things in Da Nang. They are super helpful with anything you want. Laundry was done very quickly. They also rent out scooters which means you can have so much more freedom. For what you pay, this is great.

- Advantages: view of Han river, near Dragon bridge, Han market. Cleaning the room every day, enthusiastic staff, strong faucet, hot and cold water, support for booking tour tickets and motorbike rental, laundry 40k/kg, free mineral water, there is a massage shop below. - Disadvantages: old hotel, hot water is too hot and more than cold water, be careful not to burn yourself. Bad soundproofing. The refrigerator is very old. Mattress is loose. Old motorbike. When checking in, I was disappointed compared to the pictures.

Because I have no need to go to the beach, I recommend the hotel along the Han River, the hotel location is quite convenient, can walk to 2 famous bridges and the pier. The receptionist female friend was very friendly and enthusiastic, generally blaming the staff. There are only a few points that are not satisfied with the flickering power, the old refrigerator, the soundproofing is not very good. Anyway it's still ok with the hotel!
