I booked and paid for family room for our Ho Chi min vacation Upon out check in we were told that our room is in available due to broken AC and no other room is available . The weather on that time hot n humid and we are so tired from our flight .the front desk was also sleeping on the couch with all the light off .we left and luckily we found a better hotel and we stayed there better price much cleaner and breakfast included i reported this incident to horel.com demanding my full refund and Hotel.com never responded me yet

The room was dark and dirty. Electricity system was broken down in the middle of the night, and was not fixed until 4am. I asked any discount for the problem. However, the receptionist altitude was cocky and unacceptable. Not recommended.

Toilet không có xà phòng rửa tay mà chỉ cung cấp sữa tắm để dùng thay thế. Phòng dành cho 4 người nhưng chỉ cung cấp 2 gối, tôi đã gọi điện đến lễ tân nhưng họ bảo đã giặt hết không còn gối cho chúng tôi. Chăn đắp của giường phụ khá cũ, màu đã ngã vàng. Ánh sáng trong phòng khá tối, không đủ sáng. --- Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện đến các địa điểm ở trung tâm.

I came to check in late because of work, but the staff (older) kept nagging me, on the app it said 403k payment but told me 450k, because I was too tired so I paid it right away, the room is much older than the picture , what a bad experience

I misread 403k into 430k, I gave 430k to the staff and didn't even say anything and still received it. Collecting money when checking in without making a note so that when I check out, the other staff on the shift doesn't know that I have paid. Very time consuming. The hotel does not look like the photo. Very old

The hotel is very old. Furniture is damaged with cluttered tanks. The room is much smaller than stated on the internet, probably about 17m2 is the same. In the room, there are exactly 2 hooks and 1 pair of slippers, I went with 2 people and asked for 1 more pair of slippers and 2 hooks, the staff said there was no, go across the street to buy it and see how noisy it is

I'm gone for a short time, everyone is fine. Friendly boss; the room is a bit old but it's okay; convenient location to play here and there; Room rates are quite cheap. If you guys go out for a short time and mainly go out to play a lot, you should rent here
