My family had a short trip last weekend. The hotel is new and clean. There was a small incident during the trip because the receptionist arranged the wrong room without a balcony as I booked. However, the way it was resolved was very respectful of customers. I am very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to return to An Nhon, I will prioritize booking a room at this hotel.

The hotel is near many restaurants and cafes, the staff is cheerful and dedicated, the room is large and clean. However, TV can only watch internet, not cable TV.

Vì có chút sai sót phía nhà xe mà mình tới sớm hơn dự kiến, bạn lễ tân đã hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng sớm không tính phí. Rất nice! Phòng sạch đẹp, chỉ có chút vấn đề với bồn rửa mặt là nước không thoát. Hi vọng hotel sớm khắc phục. Vị trí hotel thuận tiện di chuyển, ban công ngắm cảnh rất thích. Sẽ quay lại.

The hotel is clean, new, near the center. View of the 7th floor is very nice, can see the town. The wide corridor is a bit empty, at night should turn on the corridor lights a little brighter to avoid fear. There's breakfast on the first floor, so it's convenient to go out. The security guard of this hotel took the luggage for me but did not accept the tip, so it was quite fun :)

The accommodation is okay, the room is large, especially the breakfast waiter here is very attentive, I have children with me, so she holds a cup of warm tea and a glass of warm water for the child, very attentive. 10/10 for enthusiasm

The hotel is big, nice and clean. Friendly and enthusiastic housekeeping staff at the front desk. I checked in late, so I haven't had dinner yet, the staff is very enthusiastic to guide the local restaurants nearby. Overall very good, will be back. The price calculated is cheaper than the quality received 👍

Khách Sạn mới nên mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Lễ tân cực kì nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Có hầm đỗ xe nên đậu xe an toàn về đêm. Chú bảo vệ dễ thương giúp mình chỉ đường đến chùa ngay gần đó. 10/10 nhé
