Old room, not cleaned. Room door is difficult to open and close. There is no receptionist on duty all the time, sometimes when calling no one comes out.

I booked a 5-room room. On the afternoon of July 13, I went to the hotel to check in. However, when I arrived, the hotel told me that the room I booked was already occupied. My group of 10 people had to return at night. I'm the one who booked the room. This is terrible. In addition to affecting my personal health and the remaining 9 people. Then my reputation and the relationship that I had worked so hard to build for many years with the partner I invited them to leave was gone!
