Hotel staff talk rationally. I have a sudden cv. If you want to check out, ask for a refund. Then answer the hard-of-hearing attitude. Room is sketchy. Discard two water bottles each. Run out of. The desk phone is broken. Noise conditioning. Running for nearly two hours is not cool. Upon arrival, 100% payment was made. When asking to check out, I put the responsibility of telling the phone on the app to ask. Bored really. Wardrobe can't hang clothes. Located in an inconvenient area. There are cars to note. Refrigerator does not have j. Hungry only water to walk. The blanket still has the hair of the previous user

Recently, I booked a room with an area of 25m2, but when I checked in, I was given a room of less than 15m2, which is room 406 of ks, when I checked in because I was very tired by car, so I received and rested. Then I reflected back to the receptionist, and was explained that the room was large, I said I know the area so don't change it, then explained that this room and the room I booked are the same price because this room is small. but there is no window in the room I ordered, I said even if I did, I would say if I want to change it or not. When he went out to play, his room was suffocated and could not sleep. When I checked out, I also said my opinion, but the attitude of the person receiving the information did not want to explain or apologize to us. If the hotel is crowded and cannot be arranged, then the whole hotel has only a few rooms to have guests. This is the most frustrating experience when I come to Hue, do business and look down on customers.

Front desk NV a bit uncomfortable, not friendly, not a smile. the room is not soundproof, people can still hear the conversation from 1 room away, the toilet is too small to stand in the shower without daring to ignore the fear of impact, the toilet's is also bad, the water can flow into the bedroom, there is no hand sanitizer, towels are there exactly 1 piece for a long time, so the whole body is old and torn. The interior is either yes or no because it doesn't work. Service is not worth the money.
