The only advantage is that the hotel was quite new. However, it's just because of new, something seemed didn't work well. The lock of the bathroom was stuck when my wife locked it from inside, no way to open until I have the receptionist using their own key to open. There was no landline phone, I had to go downstair calling the receptionist if I needed something. No evelator, tv with no channel. Moreover, the receptionist charged me 20k per hour in the end because I checked-in sooner than 12 o'clock although they didn't warn me in advance.
