Very central, good value budget accommodation. Just be aware the entrance is a bit obscured at the moment as they are converting the restaurant to a convenience store. You'll work it out.

The location is great, the room is okay, when I checked in there was no problem, no musty smell like other reviews, the bathroom also did not smell, quite clean. But if you are careful, it is not okay, the mirrors are all blurred, the floor is old, the bed is not white, still dusty. Especially, there is no room service to clean the room every day, they only clean according to a certain time frame, if you stay in the room, they will come in to clean roughly like changing the trash can and sweeping the floor. One day, I asked the room to be cleaned 3 times, on the 3rd time the receptionist came to support. If you stay for 2-3 days short term and need an area to have fun all night, near the beach, lots of interesting shopping activities, this is a relatively good choice. I chose a double room and upgraded to a balcony, but in my opinion, it is useless because the balcony is not clean and does not have a nice view. In general, the experience is acceptable, within the price range, the location is nice, the receptionist is friendly but not too enthusiastic. The surrounding guests are quite civilized and polite, the room is not soundproof but I never felt any noise. I recommend anyone who does not have too high requirements for service can still choose to stay here, there are many amenities and the surrounding food is very delicious.

Narrow room, air conditioner, room amenities must be old but still usable, no breakfast buffet, not cleaned daily, about 300m walk from My Khe beach. I went during the fireworks final so the price was high, about 700k-800k, those who just want to choose a room to stay can refer to, but if you want to chill, with the same price you can refer to other hotels.

The hotel door is a bit hard to find, it is behind the convenience store. The room has a strong, damp smell at night. I stayed for many days but one day the hotel did not clean the room.

The word "Bad" is enough to describe everything from the check-in process to all the related experiences afterwards.
- Booked Twin class, but when I arrived, I was given a room with a single bed. I don't understand why??? The room was old, the walls were dirty, had a musty smell, the main door couldn't be locked, the toilet door couldn't be locked either, meaning I had to go to the bathroom in the open with my partner and the main door couldn't be locked so anyone could enter???
- Basic amenities like a hair dryer, iron were not available, the landline phone didn't work, why did I have to run down to the reception to ask for help?
- The receptionist's attitude wasn't that bad but he wasn't warm and welcoming, and didn't give the guest the feeling that he was enjoying the service.
In short, it was very bad!

The receptionist gave the guest the wrong parking instructions. Parking was prohibited on even days. The air conditioner did not work and was very noisy. There was no hot water until the next morning.

My room was just so so. And they don't provide hair dryer (which in my opinion you should have at least 1-3):) the place closed to beach, many restaurants and bars around.

They tried to renovate this old hotel, so it 's a mix of old, molded and dirty things with brand new items (still, limited quality and had been broken). I hope they continue renovating it, otherwise it does not worth its 3-star status and does not deserve your stay here.

Hello. This is also my 2nd time at Hoang Quan Hotel because I find the room is quite cute, the reception department is very enthusiastic with customers.
