Our team consists of 6 people. Travel 2 days in Phu Yen and experience 1 night at the hotel. Minh booked 2 rooms on the app. Check-in and check-in seemed quite good. Cleaner & more spacious than I thought. The hotel is right in the center, quite convenient for moving to places to visit and eat. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. It's conveniently located on a main road with many restaurants nearby. Motorbikes are available for rent. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staying here is a good option when visiting Phu Yen.

Convenient location right in the center, easy to move to eat and drink, surrounded by many delicious and beautiful cafes/food shops. Opposite is the park, you can park your car for free. The room is clean, quite pretty and fully equipped, because I only came to sleep so I think it's fine, if you want to chill more, book a room with a park view, it will be more airy and beautiful. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, I asked a friend to change to a room with an openable window and they also supported me to change it. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel staff is friendly. There are many good restaurants around within walking distance. However, when I stayed there was no hot water for bathing, and it was very cold in Phu Yen at that time. I checked and asked the staff if the room was available and then let me check out late with an additional fee until 3pm. I don't know why the staff checked and said ok but at 2pm they said the next guest refused so I had to check out immediately. Luckily my friend was in the room to clean up my things at that time, because I had something to do and was out, otherwise I don't know how I could have come back to clean up in time, so I was upset because it affected my time arrangement and the next guest's.

The room I booked was a superior room, but the quality of the room was really bad compared to the price, the floor was damaged, the drinking water in the room was not bottled water but normal water in glass bottles, I don't know if the drinking water was changed every day because the place where the cake and water were kept was so dusty that I didn't dare to drink it, plus the day I checked in, the bed sheet had black stains, then I went down to the reception desk to request to change the bed sheet but they still didn't change it. In general, compared to the price, the quality here is quite bad. Even the location for the hair dryer was put in a small bag wrapped in a bag and left in the closet, I only discovered it on the day I checked out, very inconvenient when I wanted to use it but it wasn't in a convenient place.

Friendly staff. We went on a sightseeing tour, mainly booking a hotel to rest, so we didn't have high requirements. We arrived in Phu Yen early in the morning, probably around 7am to the hotel, and it was not check-in time until 2pm, but the receptionist was very nice and took the initiative to show us to the toilet to wash our hands and feet. :D On the day of our return, we checked out at 12pm, but after checking in, the hotel still let us check out until 1pm without charging any extra fee. I think it's partly because this is not the peak season, so there is still space, we can be flexible, but I don't know about the peak season. Hehe. There is a rooftop terrace open from 4pm to 12am, it's a pity that we went on a short trip so we didn't have a chance to try it, but when we stayed, we saw many guests coming, not just hotel guests. The only downside is the bathroom. The drain was quite slow, the hot water was probably because the hotel used a solar water heater, so if anyone showered late, there would be no hot water. From the hotel to the beach, it was a bit far to walk, but it didn't matter much because we went to a lot of places, not just the beach.

The room costs 300 but has no windows, the room is very stuffy and the air conditioner is not cool at all. The room is so old that I thought I was leaving. Everyone should consider this when choosing this hotel. I am not satisfied because for the price of 300, many places have skylights or small windows!
