I booked a Standard room. According to the picture posted on the website, the room will have a small window opposite the bathroom door. But when I checked in, the staff gave me a room without any window in the room. The picture on the website and the room I stayed in are not the same. And if I want to stay in a room like the picture, I have to pay more money. Why do I have to pay more to stay in the room we were originally staying in? I am very upset and hope the hotel will change the picture or describe the room categories more clearly. Thank you.

The hotel is very cheap but very central, can walk to the beach, near famous restaurants. The hotel integrates massage, shampoo, and spa, which is quite convenient and reasonably priced. Right next door is a 24/7 convenience store, which the whole group likes the most. The room is quite nice ~ 10m2, I am quite satisfied.

Mình mới về từ chuyến du lịch Phú Yên và mình đã thuê khách sạn này với giá khá re: 460k/2 đêm cho 1 phòng 3 người lớn, giá Phòng không bao gồm ăn sáng (nếu ăn sáng sẽ thêm 100k/1 người). Tuy nhiên, khi nhận phòng thì khá ưng ý vì phòng khá rộng, giường to ngủ thoải mái. Phòng 3 giường thì không có cà phê và trà, nhưng vẫn có nước suối miến phí, đặc biệt có máy sấy tóc luôn. Các tiện nghi khác cũng đầy đủ. Phòng mình ngủ máy lạnh bị chỉnh tắt tự động, cứ 1g tắt một lần nên tối bị nóng, tuy nhiên lễ tân rất dễ thương đã đổi phòng cho nhà mình qua phòng khác. Mọi thứ đều rất ok đối với mình, chỉ có một vấn đề nhỏ ở chỗ thái độ giao tiếp của người đi sửa máy lạnh cho phòng mình, có hỏi nhà mình vấn đề di chuyển ra sân bay nhưng nhà mình đã có kế hoạch, sau đó thì có phàn nàn về việc mình yêu cầu gọi điện lễ tân báo máy lạnh không sửa được và lại yêu cầu gia đình mình phải báo lễ tân để yêu cầu đổi phòng. Ngoài chuyện đó ra thì nói chung về địa điểm, phòng ốc, dịch vụ, giá tiền thì nơi này là tuyệt vời trong tầm giá mình đã thuê được.

I lost 1.3 million in money. When I went to play soccer and didn't bring any money, I left it in the room and couldn't find it when I returned home. Stayed 2 nights but the room was only cleaned in the afternoon on the 2nd night. When I stayed at the hotel, I saw that most people cleaned their rooms in the morning. Reported it to the hotel and they said they didn't get it. Of course, no matter who said it was taken, the hotel couldn't do anything about it. Overall bad experience at Coralina hotel. Those who come later should be careful with their belongings

Khi nhận phòng khá thất vọng, khách sạn 3 sao mà lạ lắm.Phòng khá cũ, cách âm không tốt, toilet còn có mùi khá nặng, kính p tắm đứng rất dơ, giường có vẻ không được sạch lắm mình nằm bị ngứa. Các Phòng bật điều hòa các cục nóng ngay cửa sổ phát ra âm thanh rất to và khó chịu. Giờ check out là 12:00 tuy nhiên mới 11:50 nhân viên đã gọi lên P nhắc trả phòng goy🥲

The hotel has a free shampoo for renters. For early check-in, my room was also upgraded to a room with a balcony because I arrived early and the guests had not checked out. mình tới nhận phòng muộn thái độ nhân viên hờ hững hết hạng phòng mình book nên được up nên hạng phòng sup và bạn nhân viên nhấn mạnh rằng phòng được nâng cấp nên có cửa sổ chứ không phải hạng phòng mình book có cửa sổ.Phòng cũng bình thường không quá rộng có điều bàn khá bụi giống như đã để rất lâu và điều hoà thì kêu rất to
