This hotel feels just like a Malaysian hotel 😆. I noticed that all the guests coming in and out are Malaysians. Maybe it’s because the hotel is right next to a halal restaurant named kg melayu restoren. In Vietnam, it’s really hard to find halal food, so that could be the reason. We arrived at the hotel around 3 a.m., and thankfully the staff treated us well. Overall, we really like this hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the neighborhood feels very safe. It’s like staying in a T20 area in Malaysia 😆. hi to all malaysian who stay between 15-17 september. im family of 4, from sabah.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the receptionists were very enthusiastic, attentive and lovely. I was very impressed with Hien and Huyen Trang. The first day I arrived, Hien was very gentle and asked me questions, and in the following days she also supported me a lot. Regarding the service, the hotel met my basic needs, the room was clean, and the cleaning ladies were also very pleasant. The hotel's location is quite close to the center, so it's convenient to move around. The few days I stayed here, I put my work aside to chill, so I didn't need to use the Internet much, so the wifi was a bit weak, so it was okay. I recommend that anyone who is traveling and working should go to a nearby cafe to sit, there are some pretty nice cafes nearby. Overall, the hotel is suitable for families or single people like me. Next time I come to Da Lat, I will continue to stay here.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, my room was deluxe with balcony and it was okay, however my parents' room was the one with window only (no balcony) and was very noisy, couldn't sleep at night because of the loud sound of the water pump, the soundproofing was extremely bad, everything else like the room and staff were ok, but I won't come back.
