Hello everyone, I arrive at the hotel at 12:30 pm, check-in time is 2pm, so I have to add 50k extra fee, but I chose to eat a 25k strawberry smoothie to wait 🤣. I check in 403 room, attic of the hotel. I just want to sleep a little and go out but the hotel room is too noisy. About a few minutes there will be the sound of a water pump, I report to the receptionist, they say that the room is out of exchange for me, will check for me, but no one does anything. Because I did not want to have more negative effects on the trip, I accepted to lose money and booked another hotel nearby. Unfortunately I forgot to capture the cramped 403 room for everyone to see. Hope the hotel can read these lines and improve its services, or reduce the price to match the quality that the hotel has. Vote 1 * okay.

When they come to check in, families have to wait until 15:00 to check in. Because there were no empty rooms, my family was taken to the basement room, the room was quite old and stuffy, there was not enough equipment such as refrigerators ... The attitude of the staff was also quite annoying, not close at all. goodness.

This room smells musty and old than I expect. The wall is moldy. No hairdryer, no table and chair, no window, the lobby lead to room is small and lack of light. No drink water to welcome, check in before 5 am will be charged 100% , from 5 am to 9 am will be 20 %.
