Thank you De An hotel for giving my family a wonderful and warm weekend. The outside space is very close, fresh, the reception team enthusiastically supported us even though my family checked in late and had many children. The space inside the room is warm and the Indochine style design is quite beautiful, clean, cool air conditioning. The breakfast restaurant space is quite gentle, in a beautiful ancient house in Hoi An, my family was very surprised when the hotel representative Xuan gave my niece a birthday cake while the whole family was having breakfast, making her very happy. The swimming pool is clean and not too deep, so my children love to swim there for a long time. Sincere thanks to Xuan, the receptionist and the staff of De An Hotel. If we plan to stay in Hoi An, we will prioritize choosing De An hotel to continue our experience.

I have been to many hotels but I am very satisfied with De An. I can't fault it at all, the rooms are new and beautiful, bringing a pleasant feeling, being given draft beer every night. I want to come back here sooner. The price is very suitable for the experience.

De An is a hotel worth experiencing, quiet and clean. If I have the opportunity, I will visit again, wish everyone to choose a satisfactory hotel! - Reception & Security: friendly & likable. - Breakfast: ok, oder from the previous day according to the available menu and served at the breakfast counter the next day. - Swimming pool: right in front of the lobby, suitable for managers with young children and groups of friends. - Location: ~2km from the old town (about 10-15 minutes by bike), about 6km from An Bang beach, about 7km from Cua Dai beach. - Rooms: new, clean room, light vintage colors, house with and full hot water bathroom. The hotel does not have an elevator, the 2nd or 3rd floor takes the stairs, the 1st floor has no view, the 2nd floor has a roof view, the 3rd floor has an opposite street view. Floor 2-3 has a balcony but the layout will not be wide = 1st floor. In addition, the entrance from the main road to the hotel will have a small bumpy and uneven road, late at night there are no street lights but taxis go. enter the lobby. - Shampoo place: about 200-300m from the main road, you can ask more at the reception.

Enthusiastic support regardless of any problem. Breakfast at the hotel is not too diverse but it is delicious. However, the soundproofing on the first floor is not good even though it is near many common living areas outside. When someone comes to check in early in the morning and is noisy, they are not intervened and reminded promptly. Overall, the most memorable experience is with the staff here, the room space is beautiful and airy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but quiet, suitable for those who like to rest and relax. The rooms are clean, spacious, and airy. There is a large swimming pool, breakfast is not diverse but delicious.

Clean and beautiful room, friendly and enthusiastic staff, highly appreciate the security guard who always takes care of the guests wholeheartedly, the food is not to my taste, probably because I'm from the North, but it's okay because I'm quite easy going when it comes to food. I like staying here. When I come to Hoi An, I will continue to book a room at the hotel.

The room is clean and ok, but the bathroom is a bit small and the soundproofing is extremely poor so it's not suitable for new couples. You can hear every sound from outside when going to the bathroom.

The front of the hotel is currently fenced off so you have to go through the back door (up the stairs) and the road in front of the hotel is a riverside road so there are bad, small sections, 2 cars passing very difficult, limited parking, anyone going by car should ask for parking in advance. The location is near the old town, about 1.5km, near many amenities so it is quite convenient, the swimming pool is just enough, the depth is reasonable for families with children and very clean. Friendly staff, breakfast has few dishes and is very basic, the water dishes are just okay. The room is clean, separate toilet and bathroom. In short, with the price of about 700-800 and breakfast included, there is nothing more to ask for.

The hotel is simply and beautifully decorated, comfortable space, friendly and enthusiastic staff, free bicycle rental service, close to the center. The room is clean and spacious. Highly recommend everyone to stay when traveling to Hoi An. Next time I will continue to stay at De An

The service at De An is extremely pleasant, the rooms are clean, have a balcony so they are very airy, and are cleaned and changed every day. The staff always smiles when meeting guests, enthusiastic and warm. I really enjoyed my experience at De An.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our stay in Hoi An. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment, and we especially loved the charming room decoration. The staff were incredibly helpful; When my brother injured his knee, they went above and beyond to assist him, ensuring he was comfortable and doing well. While the overall experience was fantastic, there is room for improvement in the food offerings. The breakfast buffet was alright, but the alacarte menu could use some enhancement, as the taste was quite bland and the overall quality was just so-so. However, if you're staying in Hoi An, I highly recommend dining at local restaurants, which truly offer amazing cuisine. Overall, the food shouldn't detract from the lovely experience the hotel provides, and I would definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay!
