Great stay, the staff were amazing so helpful, friendly and cheerful! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice pool area for relaxing. A small bar for a drink. The breakfast was varied and made to order eggs as well. Kent, the young lady in the bar as well as the older gentleman were outstanding! thanks for such great service. Very walkable to old town area, Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The interior color scheme was also quite beautiful, giving it a boutique hotel feel. The staff were very friendly and greeted guests sincerely. There's a swimming pool, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim there. The breakfast was delicious, with an a la carte menu and a buffet of coffee, tea, fruit, and bread. I ordered fried rice and noodles, and they were delicious! However, the hotel is a bit far from the Ancient Town, about a 25-30 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, you can just order a Grab for about 5-7 minutes.

Enthusiastic support regardless of any problem. Breakfast at the hotel is not too diverse but it is delicious. However, the soundproofing on the first floor is not good even though it is near many common living areas outside. When someone comes to check in early in the morning and is noisy, they are not intervened and reminded promptly. Overall, the most memorable experience is with the staff here, the room space is beautiful and airy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Clean and beautiful room, friendly and enthusiastic staff, highly appreciate the security guard who always takes care of the guests wholeheartedly, the food is not to my taste, probably because I'm from the North, but it's okay because I'm quite easy going when it comes to food. I like staying here. When I come to Hoi An, I will continue to book a room at the hotel.

The room is clean and ok, but the bathroom is a bit small and the soundproofing is extremely poor so it's not suitable for new couples. You can hear every sound from outside when going to the bathroom.

The front of the hotel is currently fenced off so you have to go through the back door (up the stairs) and the road in front of the hotel is a riverside road so there are bad, small sections, 2 cars passing very difficult, limited parking, anyone going by car should ask for parking in advance. The location is near the old town, about 1.5km, near many amenities so it is quite convenient, the swimming pool is just enough, the depth is reasonable for families with children and very clean. Friendly staff, breakfast has few dishes and is very basic, the water dishes are just okay. The room is clean, separate toilet and bathroom. In short, with the price of about 700-800 and breakfast included, there is nothing more to ask for.
