The hotel is great. You can take the bus from the airport and get off right there. It's also close to everything, and it's located near the city center, so you can walk. The male staff are also very friendly. Recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly, even though the booking was not detected by Traveloka but they still helped, even offered to move to a better hotel with a better room, but we refused because the distance is better to this hotel. Overall everything is good, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean and easy access to everywhere.

Parking location is inconvenient, only a security guard will come to park the car after a while. After entering, you have to wait a few minutes for the receptionist to come. The room is fragrant and clean. The air conditioner takes a long time to turn on, and the wifi cannot be accessed.

I booked a room at 7pm and my flight was delayed. I arrived at midnight and the receptionist said there were no rooms available, saying there were insects and cockroaches, and that I couldn't call the guests (because I was on the plane). 😀 So why couldn't I call them or send them an email or any message to notify me? There was absolutely no action to help customers find other accommodation, the service quality was so bad it couldn't be worse. Then I wanted to ask the receptionist to send an email or anything to confirm that they canceled my room and I didn't stay (but had paid for 2 rooms in advance), but they also refused to support me, saying that the customer had to contact the app to report it. At that time, I called the hotline but checked the app and saw that support was only available until 10pm, so I could only call the hotline on T+1. Please help me with the refund. Also consider limiting transactions with partners like this. I really hope my sharing is useful and no one gets into a similar situation.

I booked a room here, checked in and paid in full on the app, but when I checked in, the hotel said the toilet was broken, the hotel rented it to another hotel to stay temporarily for 1 day, the next day when I returned to the hotel, they said the door was broken, then rented it to another hotel to stay temporarily, went out for 3 days and stayed at 2 other hotels, couldn't stay at the hotel I rented, maybe the hotel was full so they said this was broken, that was broken, it was really bad, I rented it for my friend so I was very embarrassed, I hope the hotel works more professionally.

[English below] After about 1 hour of traveling from the airport to the hotel, the receptionist said that the room was full even though I had booked in advance. They tried to arrange for me to go to another hotel, K&T Hotel (307/16 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 1, Tan Binh) with the following guarantees: - Taxi fee included. However, after agreeing with the manager, we were NOT included in the taxi fee. Therefore, we had to travel 1 hour back from SCAT to K&T near the airport and pay all the expenses ourselves. - Give me the best room type at K&T Hotel. In fact, + The room is quite airy with large windows + But the room is dark due to the inappropriate paint color, furniture and lighting system + The toilet cannot be locked, the door is always left ajar + There is only 1 mirror in the toilet + The toilet light is also dark, the mirror light is broken so it will be difficult for people who want to put on makeup + The location is relatively far from restaurants and supermarkets + Apart from the airy room, the only plus point is the enthusiastic security guard ---------------------- After a roughly 1-hour journey from the airport to the hotel, the receptionist informed me that there were no available rooms, despite my prior reservation. They attempted to arrange for me to stay at another hotel, K&T Hotel (307/16 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 1, Tan Binh), with the following guarantees: - Taxi fare covered. However, after discussing with the manager, we were NOT provided with a covered taxi fare. As a result, we had to travel an hour back from SCAT to K&T, which is closer to the airport, and pay all the costs ourselves. - The best available room at K&T Hotel. In reality: + The room was quite airy with a large window. + However, it was dark due to the paint color, furniture, and inadequate lighting. + The bathroom door couldn't be locked and always remained slightly open. + There was only one mirror, located in the bathroom. + The bathroom lighting was dim, and the mirror light was broken, making it inconvenient for those who wanted to do makeup. + The hotel was relatively far from dining spots and supermarkets. + Apart from the airy room, the only positive aspect was the enthusiastic security guard.

Shocked when we found out we were moved to another hotel, the Ruby Hotel in District 3, even though it should have been District 1. The reason was because we couldn't be contacted (we had already paid, and check-in was only at 7 pm, not too late). Other minuses at the other hotel were the male staff were unfriendly (I don't know what burdens he had in life), lots of mosquitoes in the room, and the wifi was slow. The pluses were that the transportation costs for moving hotels were paid, the bathroom had a bath up (although it wasn't used), the room service was quite good, it was close to Family Mart, Guta, Sevel, Circle K, and there were even lots of food stalls in front of the hotel.

I stayed here in room 303 for 5 days from December 20 to December 25, 2024, and it's pretty comfortable. I arrived at the hotel pretty late (3 AM instead of 1 AM as expected), and the reception guy's still so nice and processed everything quickly for me to go to my room. The room has all the things serving basic necessities (hairdryer, TV, small refrigerator, wardrobe), along with one big bed with an enough-average window to look outside to help reducing narrow feeling. The bathroom is wide enough, no complains. Oh and the shower, I felt strange at first because the hot water poured from there is too small, I first thought it's broken somehow, but the next day I realized it takes a little bit of time to pour out normally, you can adjust the water temperature easily afterwards. So yeah, still fine. Got no complains after all. I've also read some of not-so-good comments about this hotel, but for me, it's good indeed. Recommended for people who mostly go out and just return to hotel for resting/sleeping like me, but still need some basic requirements/conditions about the place (spacious bed, shower zone, enough room view...) with affordable price.
