Really helpful we checked in really early tired from the train and were helped with every request by all staff. We looked at other hotels when we stayed in Lau Cai and were glad we stayed here. Lau Cai is a fascinating place with the Chinese Border and the Red River. a couple of days is a good rest here. I had to change plans often and The Lady Manager helped me with Facebook messages in English changing dates and arranging a cheap transfer to Sapa.

Nice clean room and the staff were really nice...altho only one had some english it was abit hard with everyone else but they still tried hard to help.The hotel is in a great location and was quite at night.

When booking hotels during peak seasons, remember to check in advance to avoid the situation where you've booked but there are no rooms available upon arrival. Although the hotel later helped arrange alternative accommodation, overall I wasn't very satisfied.

The cleaning room was not clean, there were still trash from the previous guests. Lock room door is difficult. The hotel furniture is a bit old. Shower gel is empty and room cleaning is not available. On the app, it is included with the breakfast that the staff told us to go in groups and book in advance to have it.

Good room, friendly receptionist, early check-in from 8pm because the trip was earlier than expected. If the staff is still very happy to support, you also have a private taxi, you want to call just reception. The minus point is that the room is not ventilated, the wc room is too tight, there is no ventilation, so sleeping inside will be tired because of the lack of air, the room is finished and I will forget to leave my brush, comb and soap :( and clean the room wc It is not very clean because I still see the fake eyelashes of the previous guests, I will consider if going to Lao Cai next time, because the hotel is near the station, the staff are also friendly.

Great place with the cannot-be-cheaper price. Their staff are really friendly and enthusiastic. They welcomed me with a very delicious local noodle soup. That was a great experience. Will definitely come back here
