- The staff were unenthusiastic; there wasn't even a receptionist to help with luggage upon arrival. - At 8:20 AM, when we went down for breakfast, the counter was out of food, so we huddled together chatting, and they didn't refill the food or drinks; we had to remind them. - The price was high and not commensurate with the quality.

The receptionist was not very enthusiastic. They talked to the guests and teased each other. The cleaning staff arbitrarily opened the room door with their own key (without knocking) even though the guests were in the room. (Since check-in, they were discovered twice in one session) I don't understand. The swimming pool for swimming lessons outside is very crowded, hotel guests who want to go down also feel cramped. The breakfast is very slow In general, the price here and Melia are not much different, so you should choose Melia

Nice hotel room, good breakfast, reasonable price. However, my family cannot use the swimming pool. I arrived at 5:30, running in the pool, which was crowded with people practicing swimming outside to study. I waited until 6:30 but it was still very crowded, almost half of the pool. My baby can't swim so I'm a bit disappointed. I asked the receptionist when the pool was less crowded and was told that it was a full day class schedule

The hotel is in a central location. Nice room, nice view, clean, breakfast buffet although not many dishes but enough to eat, just right. If you go to Ha Tinh next time, definitely still book this hotel

Arrived during the flooding time of Ha Tinh, so there was only one eel soup for breakfast, no caphe ... ask the hotel staff if the road situation can go, tell me I don't know, so my family pays the room can go 400m, heavily flooded. Being a local Only 400m away from the hotel, but they also do not know and ask for help to help guests who are having difficulty moving.

I had a 5-day vacation here on New Year's Day 2020, in general the hotel is nice new, spacious rooms but a bit far from the city center a bit, breakfast is because the hotel is too few guests so no buffet but only eat 4 dishes (eel soup, beef vermicelli, omelette, beef dodge) These 4 dishes eat again and again within 5 days so it is very boring and it is also not delicious. Ah this hotel has a spa, the price is cheap and the service is excellent.

New hotel, very beautiful. Full Internet-connected TVs, including wired network sockets, for who needs stable network connections. Central location, right on the road, easy to find. If I go back to Hà Tĩnh, I will still choose to stay here.
