Uyên, Thư and Thu are the best customer services, my wife and I was there for one week and two days and 3 days on December 2025 after that. I would love to stay here again once I’m back the staff really helpful especially Uncle Lan super friendly but I know this place are brand new so it is dusty inside our room overall everything else is excellent 😊

Hotel Review The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, especially Dieu, Thu, and Uyen at the front desk – they are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping team keeps the rooms very clean, and the security staff enthusiastically help with carrying luggage. The hotel is located right in the city center, surrounded by many delicious and affordable eateries. From the hotel, you can even see the Dragon Bridge breathing fire. Definitely worth staying!

Great hotel and a good value for the money. Location is ok, not in the center of anything, but within 15 minute walking distance there is a lot to see. Room was very good size and had an own washing machine, which was great for a backpacker like myself. Would recommend!

エレベーターが動かず、キャリーバッグを持って9階まで上がることになったのがキツかったです。また、お湯が出なかったので冷たいシャワーを浴びました。ベッドは清潔でよかったです。スタッフは可愛らしい女性で親切で親しみやすかったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。
