The resort is beautiful and comfortable, with a nostalgic feel. But what is not satisfactory is that it seems that there are not enough housekeeping staff to clean the old room early so that I can check in earlier. And the dinner at the restaurant is not really delicious and the price is quite high, it seems to mainly serve foreign guests.

Our group had a great experience in 2 days and 1 night at Emeralda Van Long. The resort has full facilities, few additional services (or not really exploited properly), the food is okay compared to the price range and much better than other new retreats. Because it is a bit far from the center and the surrounding area has few tourist attractions, it is probably only suitable for short vacations.

Like a real village, simulating the space and atmosphere of a village in the North - Central of Vietnam. However, it will be a bit sad because the rooms are far apart, closed doors will be a bit isolated, there are many trees and the lights are a bit dark at night. Buffet breakfast is okay.

The resort has no bellman, guests arriving at the lobby no one to help get their luggage, it took a long time for a female receptionist to come out. The rest of the service from other staff is good. The hotel has a very convenient electric shuttle. Breakfast is quite diverse compared to 4-star standards, but the pho noodles smelled old and not delicious. Vietnamese people can ignore it, but how will foreign guests rate Vietnamese dishes with such quality? It may be sparse but it must be delicious. Sweet and sour ribs have no ribs, all cartilage 😂 it's very deceiving. I don't rate the quality of breakfast highly. The swimming pool has too much chlorine, just enough. The air conditioner in the breakfast restaurant is too hot With the location far from the center, I think I won't come back a second time.

Các bạn nhân viên thì rất oke, nhưng mà cây cỏ ở đây như kiểu lâu ngày không có người chăm sóc nên mọc như cỏ dại vậy, bồn tắm bị hỏng không dùng được, nước ra có màu lạ (màu hơi xanh lá, không biết có phải do ánh đèn không), đồ ăn sáng khá ngon.
