This resort is very good. It's located right by the beach, where you can enjoy drink while watching the sunset from the pool bar. And their service was impeccable, the food's so delicious! Every staff member were very friendly and enthusiasm. We'll be back there soon.

I book superior ocean view and they said that they upgrade luxury room for me (322). But the air conditioner did not work, they fixed but it’s noisy all night so I cannot sleep well. Bathtub is dirty and telephone is not work too. Breakfast is poor. However, all staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel arranged for us at the 4th floor but no elevator, very old room and no child safety railing, so we moved to the ground floor room. We were asked to pay for the buffet but the buffet was very bad and the hotel paid the money.

Resort is getting downgrade. I had 2 nights at this resort on New Year 2018, totally disappointed: Room is old, dirty and dark. WC is smelly. A lot of mosquitos. Room charged mostly on high floor with little ocean view. No elevator (I stayed with elder and babies, inconvenient). Important note, this resort is “money-oriented”. They collect money based on their wishes, not based on what they had. Be careful on surcharge. After my complaint, I got discounted 50% off of surcharged amount. The only best thing I saw is friendly employee. But that is not all for what I expect to stay at this resort. Disappointed.

Room spacious, quiet if not the weekend. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool, private beach. Around very empty. Appropriate resort. Employees are mostly local people should be outspoken. There is an ardent chandelier garden where guests can have their soup cooked by the kitchen. Especially inside the resort have extremely cheap mini mart, water and candy and some small items for just over two thousand dollars coopmark! Will come back but avoid the weekend because if there is an event for guests or a group of young people eat and drink loudspeaker speakers will be a nightmare as I have experienced!
