The hotel is right by the sea and has a pretty rocky cliff for taking pictures, the swimming pool is small but the pictures are ok. I think the receptionist's problem is the most important, the first time I asked if I could go to the swimming pool at night, the receptionist told me to ask the security because he didn't know. The next morning I went down to use the free foot massage, I registered at 9am to use it at 10am, when I went down at 10am the receptionist asked me again if I had registered and I had already questioned it, then the spa also had no staff even though the banner said it would start working at 9am, but the receptionist didn't know that the spa didn't have anyone working yet, so the receptionist told me to wait a bit longer to call the spa staff. I think the receptionist should have grasped and covered these things...

Extremely good experience, nothing to complain about. Enthusiastic and friendly staff, thoughtful hotel. My group went for 3 days and the hotel booked a round-trip taxi for us to go to the old town for free. We also got a 30-minute massage package for 1 person. Cua Dai beach is super cool, clear water, calm waves, beautiful surrounding view, and deserted. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The welcome drink is also delicious, you can drink it like Mot water in the city :)) In general, it's great. I took my mother-in-law there and she praised it endlessly, so you can understand :)) The hotel also has a gym, a children's play area, and the best is the infinity pool. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back, thank you Fivitel very much 😍

Đội ngũ nhân viên và các anh Bảo Vệ chu đáo và rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ về xăng và áo mưa trong 1 buổi tối khi mà Hội An đang mưa và cây xăng đã đóng cửa. Đó là đồ cá nhân của nhân viên nhưng họ đã chia sẻ khi tôi không kiếm ra được. View hồ bơi đẹp. Phòng ốc vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Phục vụ khâu ăn sáng quá tốt. Chỉ có ổ khoá cửa chính của phòng 615 rất khó mở . Nên điều chỉnh lại cho dễ mở cửa.

khách sạn xa Phố Cổ. Phòng ở cũng ổn. Các chị buồng phòng thân thiện hỗ trợ vì phòng mình có em bé rất nhỏ. Ban công bị gỉ sét, gia đình có con nít nên cẩn thận. Hồ bơi khá nguy hiểm, nếu cho trẻ con bơi người lớn phải giám sát vì ranh giới giữa 1.2m và 1.6m sát nhau. khách sạn nên xem xét lại đồ ăn sáng, đoàn nhà mình hơn 10 người lớn & trẻ con, nhưng không thể ăn nổi, đồ ăn vừa nguội lạnh, vừa không ngon. Ở 2 ngày mình không thể ăn sáng được gì. Nếu đánh giá của riêng cá nhân mình có thể không chính xác nhưng hơn 10 người cùng cảm nhận thì mình nghĩ chính xác, khách sạn nên xem xét và cải thiện.

Khách sạn khá xinh, ở đây rất bình yên, có phục vụ đồ ăn sáng. Bể bơi đẹp tuy nhiên gạch hơi vỡ nên vài chỗ hơi sắc tuy nhiên mình đi vào ngày mưa gió nên nước bể bơi khá lạnh, gió mạnh.

Địa điểm: ok, đi bộ 1 đoạn là ra đến biển, không phù hợp cho ai thích gần trung tâm Ăn sáng: nhiều món nhưng hương vị bình thường, tạm chấp nhận. Phòng: rộng rãi, view biển đẹp, tuy nhiên chất lượng xây dựng kém, phòng có gián, WC nhỏ, sàn WC ố vàng, nham nhở, chai đựng dầu gội sữa tắm nhìn chán đời như ở WC công cộng trong trung tâm thương mại, khay đựng bàn chải đánh răng và các phụ kiện khác thì dính bẩn (lâu không vệ sinh), phòng tắm chỉ có vòi sen, lại lắp cao chót vót chứ không có vòi thấp phía dưới, mỗi lần rửa chân phải kiễng hết cỡ để lấy vòi sen xuống, rất bất tiện. Mặt ngoài khách sạn nhìn cũng khá xuống cấp, không tương xứng với tiêu chuẩn 4*.
