The hotel does not have its own parking lot, instructing guests to park in the public parking lot and then blaming others for all the damage. When a car is parked in the parking lot and gets scratched, there is no way to handle it. The day I went was a holiday so there were many cars, and the car was heavily dented, but the guests showed an attitude of apologizing and that was it. What else do you want? I do not discourage everyone from experiencing it, but with what happened to me and the guests who encountered this problem today, please consider carefully to avoid causing trouble that affects your family's vacation.

The soundproofing is terrible, you can hear the hallway, the street, even the next room turning on the water or talking. The haunting thing is the sound of chairs being pulled out in some room at night.

Share some personal feelings after my family of 4 stayed here from 7/3 to 9/3 Advantages: - The room price is quite cheap, there are 18 floors, but the location is prime opposite the sea, just a few steps across the street, near the square, near Vincom, dining area - My room is 405, has airy windows, the first day I checked in, the room had a slightly musty smell, but it was also relatively clean, probably because there had been no guests before, the next day the room was cleaned and my family's personal belongings were also arranged more neatly - The receptionist was enthusiastic, happy to support me to check in early at 10am without charging extra fees and also helped me to call a motorbike rental - But I was only a little unhappy about the attitude of the security guard who kept the car, but then he and the hotel manager sincerely apologized to my family, so I also happy If anyone is looking to go to NT to find a hotel, you can refer to this place. I rate 9/10

Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Mặc dù khách sạn hơi cũ nhưng view rất đẹp và hầu như phòng nào cũng có view. Hồ bơi thì không sạch lắm để ngắm và chụp ảnh thì ok hơn

Thứ 1: mình đặt phòng sea view, mình nhận phòng là tối 19h ngày 9/7, khách sạn đưa phòng 201, vừa lên phòng mình có phản hồi với lễ tân là có thể đổi phòn không vì mình thấy phòng thấp và view cột điện như hình thì nhận được câu đã hết phòng, mình đặt phòng city view mà cho mình phòng trước là đã ưu ái lắm rồi, mình có nói mình đặt là sea view, có phản hồi trực tiếp và gửi tin nhắn facebook (tin nhắn facebook không trả lời nhé dù trước đó hỏi rất nhiệt tình trả lời), hỏi trực tiếp thì kêu hết phòng rồi cười trừ không có 1 hướng giải quyết Thứ 2: cơ sở vật chất như mấy nhà nghỉ, không phải khách sạn 4 sao, mình ở tầng 2 thì không cách âm, nghe rất ồn ào tiếng đóng cửa, cãi vả , tiếng xả nước Thú 3: mình thuê xe tay ga giá 150k/ ngày, lúc nhận xe thấy bình xăng còn 2/3 xăng thì nói mình là không bao xăng , nào trả xe đổ đầy lại, mình thắc mắc là có phải khách trước đổ đầy rồi nói như vậy không, đúng là 60k tiền xăng không ý nghĩa nhưng thấy thật sự không đáng như vậy

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, không phải phòng view biển nhưng vẫn có view đẹp, buffet sáng ăn tạm, khách sạn ngay trung tâm, bước qua đường là tới bãi tắm, gần tháp tràm và các địa điểm du lịch khác, mn đi NT nên đi từ tháng 5-8 nha, mình đi tháng 1 âm u và không thể tắm biển rất tiếc.

4-star restaurant but the quality is not really good, the room is small, not clean, not luxurious. View of the terrace, the hotel pool is also very bad, not as beautiful as in the photo. The restaurant's free breakfast buffet is really bad, nothing good to eat. I had 2 meals but skipped the next meal because I couldn't eat. Losing a lot of 4-star copper restaurants in the same area. Will not choose again next time.
