The hotel is not located very close to the center, but it exceeded my expectations. The room is fully equipped, the hotel supports early check-in if there is a vacant room, even after checking out, I can still temporarily leave my suitcase if it is not time to go to the bus station or airport, the support staff is attentive, I went out until 3-4am and there was still a support staff with a quite pleasant voice. I met 2 security guards, an older guy was normal, the younger guard was very enthusiastic, helping me carry my suitcase and open the car door very enthusiastically. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights. The first night everything was ok. The staff was enthusiastic, the room was clean and comfortable. However, on Monday night, around 12 o'clock, when I got back to my room, the security guard said there was no more parking space and told me to park in a nearby parking lot for 100k. Initially, before arriving, I asked the receptionist clearly if there was a parking lot for me to stay. The next day, I waited to meet the manager to resolve the issue, but the manager was not at work. The receptionist asked for my phone number to contact me later, but I didn't get a call. I was very disappointed because I had planned to stay here next time. But I guess I'll stop.

When I checked in, the bed sheets and pillows were stained with blood. When I went down to talk to the receptionist, they asked if I had checked out correctly. I told the receptionist, but the receptionist didn't try to fix it, but still checked out the room, without even a word of apology, bad attitude. The service style is so bad, and the professionalism is not there at all, bad experience and will not come back
