Cheap room, better than in the photo. The hotel is old but sleeps very well, the hallway and space outside the hotel are dark but the rooms are very ok, airy, clean, bright. The price is surprisingly cheap so come in and support a review for the hotel

The receptionist was very rude, aggressive and gangster. I booked a room and paid on the app, but when I checked in, she said there was no room and forced me to book a room outside the app for 450,000 VND. I kept talking until another receptionist checked and saw that I had booked and paid, then the old receptionist showed me her room card with a glare like a beggar. The hotel is a scam, the room I booked on the app had a full wardrobe, but when I checked in, it was completely different from the room classification image I booked, the room was damp, smelly, dirty, the power outlet was broken, the night light was broken, the room was small and not like the room I booked, the toilet was dirty. Everyone, please read the comments of customers who had a terrible stay at this hotel and avoid it.

Really bad. As soon as I entered the lobby, I could smell the mold. In the elevator area, the mold smell was even worse. The room was dirty, the bathroom was too small and easily overflowed. The equipment was too old!

Poor soundproofing. Poor hygiene, quite dusty, no soap in the bathroom. There are insects like ants and mosquitoes. Dirty blankets and pillows. Staff do not know the room booking schedule and are not very friendly.

2 days of check-in ceremony, the staff said there was no room, booked for the guest, but when the guest gave the payment slip and booking information, the staff said there was no. 2 days, they have to call the hotel owner and take an hour to process, then the guest has to go to another place to stay, protect the attitude, throw a glass of water at the guest's feet to chase them away. The customer's bed sheets and pillows are very old, change color, do not allow customers to take photos to complain
