1. The group has 5 adults (including 2 older women) 3 children under 8 years old without any support to bring their luggage to the room. 2. Book 3 Deluxe Double or Twin Room but all have to take Twin room, very inconvenient for the family due to having to join the bed. I judged that the hotel deliberately ignored it to only offer the Deluxe Double or Twin Room option without offering a separate Deluxe Double option.
