Ha Vy Hotel

The hotel is located in a convenient location. Room is not as the picture. Hygiene is not clean.

Staff wasn't friendly. The bed isnt clean and hot water in my room did not work They forgot my breakfast which was included. The staff was caught off guard when I asked for my breakfast.

I stayed two nights. The room was quite old, the mattress was stained with black spots, the television could not be opened, the house drainage pipe was clogged, the water was draining slowly. Soundproofed room, people walking in the hallway inside the room could hear. The plus point is the lovely staff.

the check in supposed to be start from 2pm. I arrived at 4pm and the room isn't ready yet. they gave me another room. after complaint for some minutes. I was very upset but good things they hear what I complained about and give us the room we deserve. water so small. okay for the price but if you talk about price in HCMC in general you can find better quality with same price.

Nice location, simple and easy, perfect for the budget traveler. Superb selection of street food. Nice, friendly helpful reception. Rooms are old but kept constantly clean.

The room is not nice, the blanket is thin like a bed sheet, free breakfast but it is actually just a bowl of shrimp noodles.

The price is cheap, but smoking in the hotel smells into the room and not clean.

The first point I see is that the hotel does not have an elevator and the room is not like the picture. I booked a 2 single bed and called to confirm the room but when I arrived, I was told the room type I had booked so I moved to another room for 3 people. On the next day, I moved back to the same room as the room I put on here. I only stayed for 2 nights, so the unpacking in the suitcase until the next day re-pack to move rooms was very inconvenient. The air-conditioning unit complies loudly, making it difficult to sleep. Hot and cold water heater looks dangerous, I bathe but I'm afraid of electric shock. However, from the hotel, I can walk to Bui Vien walking street, surrounded by many convenient supermarkets.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Right next to West Bui Vien Street, going out in the center is easy. Can rent a motorbike at the opposite store. A minus point is a small room, more like a motel than a hotel :)) reasonable price. Generally with staff location is ok for a mere accommodation in the center.

I guess the vicinity is just nearby the most visited place around the city and transport area going to airport. This could save your time if you would go there as a backpacker. And you may book a grab bike to go around the area

The hotel has an easy-to-find address, the initial feeling is a fast check-in procedure, a relatively standard room, somewhat old because the building was long but clean. Room size is sufficient, not too small. Basic equipment with TV, refrigerator, direct water heater, locker, if equipped with additional phones and hair dryers, everything will be more attentive. There are a few problems outside of waiting for me to see that my room is lacking in towels, I have to go down to the reception desk to tell the staff to retrofit, the machine that I discovered early but I just finished bathing when I found it will be broken =)). In addition, the sound insulation is not good and the hotel does not have an elevator. In addition to some limitations, the hotel also has the highlights such as the location in the busiest tourist area in Saigon, the west of Bui Vien street, all entertainment services can be found. see here.
