My family and I just had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night vacation at Hadana Hoi An Hotel, and I was really impressed with the quality of service and space here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly and professionally welcomed. The reception staff were friendly, attentive and quickly assisted us during the check-in process. The check-in procedure was quick and easy, helping us not waste much time and quickly rest after a long journey. The room was delicately designed, clean and fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was cool, the bathroom was spacious with hot water always available. What I was very pleased with was that the room had a balcony overlooking the green garden, creating a feeling of relaxation and peace after each day of sightseeing. The breakfast at the hotel was rich, the food was delicious and hygienic. The restaurant staff always smiled and were ready to serve when needed. The swimming pool was clean, the surrounding space was quiet, very suitable for relaxation and recreation. The hotel's location is also very convenient, just a few minutes drive to Hoi An ancient town. The hotel also supports bicycle and motorbike rental at reasonable prices, very convenient for traveling and exploring. Overall, everything at Hadana Hoi An is fine, even beyond expectations. This will definitely be my first choice if I have the opportunity to return to Hoi An. Thank you to the hotel team for giving us a memorable vacation!

The room is clean, beautifully decorated, with its own character. The breakfast buffet is delicious, mainly Western dishes. The hotel offers free bicycles. There is also a motorbike rental service around (outside the hotel). Thank you to the receptionist (on duty in the afternoon, speaking Hue accent) who assisted me with checking in and transferring luggage very enthusiastically and friendly.

We have had a bug in the room, the hotel staff cleaned and sprayed against insects right away... They also offered 50% off the lunch menu which was very appropriated. Overall good experience good walkable location and great pool

Had an amazing experience, would definitely recommend to anyone. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had a variety to choose from at breakfast. Free bikes were great to use, walking distance from the old town. Felt very safe and was quiet.

Comfortable hotel close to old town, easily walkable to the main sights, Japanese bridge, etc. Excellent breakfast in the hotel, and efficient and quiet Aircon. Bikes available to borrow, and you can cycle to the beach via the rice fields.
