Loved it. I usually stay at far more basic hotels when traveling, and didn’t quite realize that this was a 4-star hotel when I booked it, as it was inexpensive. It is 4-star, indeed, Lovely place, great location, beautiful and spacious room, and friendly and helpful stuff, with good amenities in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Booked a deluxe room with balcony, the room itself was small and the shower in the bathroom was squeezed into a tiny corner beside the toilet. Was extremely disappointed and when our friends arrived the next day, they booked the same room and it was much nicer. Very spacious, with a giant tub instead of a small corner open concept shower, with almost no room to stand in. We used our friend who spoke Vietnamese to ask them to change rooms and they complied, but was so disappointed they tried to scam us with a tiny room with barely a shower. They also charged us for 25000 won for each bottled water, when the same bottle water goes for 1000 won on the street. Extremely disappointed. The breakfast that was included was good.

The hotel was well situated along the river, near the Han market and the Dragon Bridge. The neighborhood was very walkable and it was easy to walk to the other side of the river, and I managed to walk to the beach and the train station, but this may not be for everyone. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my room and found it to be spacious and well laid out. The views of the river were spectacular, when it is not too smoggy out. The swimming pool is similar to what is shown in the pictures, but the facility has since become slightly dated. The breakfast was also amazing, with great variety in both Asian and Western dishes. Staff were friendly, and wifi was great. The hotel was slightly more pricey than nearby properties, but I think it was worth the expense. I would recommend this property to others visiting Da Nang and would certainly consider this hotel the next time I am in the city.

If you want to stay away from the beach, this area can be a good choice. The Han Market is close by, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés, just like in the beach area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. However, I couldn’t ignore the strong perfume scent in the hallway at times and at the front reception area. It wasn’t pleasant for me, as I’m not fond of perfumes. Then again, when the perfume isn't presented, there's strong carpet ordor in the hallway. I guess it makes sense until there's another solution. There was also a noticeable smell of pollution in the room. I’m not sure if it came from an uncleaned A/C filter or from somewhere else that was open—I couldn’t identify the source. The room was also quite noisy—the windows seem thin, and you can hear outside activities very loudly. Earplugs were provided for guests, which helped a bit. That said, it got better late at night and didn’t bother me as much. I don't know if I can recommend their spa service. The first time, I almost felt anxious during the session. The therapist seemed to be just going through the motions—rushing and quite rough. Throughout the entire treatment, there was a loud, broken fan noise mixed with airplane sounds, along with the spa music. It was an odd and unpleasant combination, and I couldn’t relax at all. I just wanted it to end as soon as possible.

This is a great location that is right next to the river. The staff here are all wonderful. The room is nice and very clean and the breakfast very good. It's also quite close to the dragon bridge so you can catch the fire and water show if you stay during the weekends.
