Great experience at Haian Riverfront. Not only is the location extremely convenient & beautiful, but also the service and incentives included. Guests staying more than 2 nights will receive a free 30-minute foot massage, and will also receive a 15% discount when using the services of the cafe on the ground floor. Hotel staff are very attentive and cute. The breakfast buffet is extremely diverse, ranging from Asian to European dishes and even the dessert line, changing dishes daily (because I was here for 5 days so I saw very little repetition of dishes). The hotel was also very nice when they gave me a small piece of cake on the morning of my birthday. Will definitely come back & recommend to friends!

Room was in a good condition. 1. The view of the dragon bridge is good. We watched the fire show from the hotel which I think was the right choice. 2. Big bathtub 3. Close to all amenities, including a convinience store, pharmacy, restaurants. 4. Staff is really helpful. They helped me to book a reservation at a restaurant as well. 5. Breakfast was alright. Little vegan/vegetarian options though. Desserts were good. There were a couple of issues with the room 1. The size of the room is too small. There is barely any room to walk. The balcony is just one feet wide and cannot hold more than one person. 2. Hot water pressure was very weak especially in the bathtub. It took more than an 60 minutes to fill half the bathtub with hot water 3. If you get room on the lower floor, it can be a bit disturbing to hear noise of the road all day and night. Though the staff does know this and provide ear plugs which was a good touch. 4. They give water in two 250ml bottles and charge for extra water. They should give two 500ml bottles like all the hotels everywhere else in the world. 1. The pool windows were very dirty and the view of the bridge kinda gets lost behind the dirt. The pool also had no changing rooms. There are shower rooms and toilet but nowhere to hang your clothes. There was no staff at the pool when we went and they were out of towels.

We stayed in 1504 - corner suite room, 3 balconies (just big enough to stand on, but they did the job) great views of the Golden Dragon Bridge. Everything is right outside the hotel. Miss Vi on reception was fabulous. Thank you

Extended 1 more night in the same hotel. Overall staying experience was perfect. Breakfast was reasonable. Enough to feed you for the morning. I love the spa massage. Room and environment is lovely and comfortable. Worth doing it after your long day walk. I had my foot and body massage fo 3 consecutive days.

They also made special arrangements for my girlfriends birthday with hotel Pick up and a cake in the room 🙏 She made our stay very easy and comfortable.. Bathroom was really messy the entire time, drainage system is terrible inside the restroom, and the entire time there was a bad smell from the restroom. Worst smell in our Asia stay by far, was moving throughout Japan and Vietnam for about 20 days and this was our least favorite place to stay, and one of the most expensive.
