1. The hotel image used is not the same as the actual hotel image. When asked why using the image of Good Morning restaurant instead of the hotel image, the hotel staff did not give a clear answer. Good Morning restaurant is located about 20 meters from the hotel, is a completely isolated area. I and my friend went to the Good Morning restaurant because I thought it was the image of the hotel being used and quite disappointed about the actual image of the hotel. 2. Hotel area is too small compared to the listed price. Estimate the area of the room to be smaller or equal to the surrounding guesthouses. The room space is extremely narrow. 3. Room rates are more expensive than the average hotel or motel, but room service seems to be nothing. The refrigerator did not light up and there was no sign of running though it was plugged in. 4. The receptionist attitude makes guests feel uncomfortable with the money.
