The price is affordable the staff is helpful and friendly location is convenient and near the ha long park rental bike is available but the quality of the room is quite bad: - the floor is broken little - the room is humid and unlarge - don't have hair dryer.

Service is quite good, the staff polite and attentive. Very nice location, convenient for our travel. Pretty good breakfast. But there is one thing that needs to improve foreign language proficiency of the staff was not good enough to communicate with their foreign guests not all out of the staff should be able to cause some significant obstacles and that is a big minus for the hotel and staff.
