The hotel's location right in the center of the old town is very convenient for sightseeing and traveling. The room is quite good, the furniture is a bit old, but in return the staff are all happy, cute, and thoughtful. My room had a problem so I checked in late and they compensated me for a late check out the next day without any additional fee (10 VND).

If this hotel gave 0 points, I would give it too. Why,? Because of deceiving customers, the images on the website are different from the check-in, the walkways are cumbersome, the rooms look like cheap motels, the furniture is old, the bed sheets do not have cotton lining, they are just very cold thin fabric, the tables and chairs are very cold. old chairs, rusty bathroom. Coffee and tea must be charged, and the room lights are dim. Never booked such a bad hotel. I wonder if I look at the reviews, most of the real reviews will complain exactly like me. The hotel gives staff virtual reviews to cover up the bad reviews. Doing business fraudulently and defrauding customers like that, but the hotel can only play the low rating trick, just let the staff give good reviews and that's it, the hotel can think for itself whether its service is worth the customer's money. Khách sạn ổn, phòng sạch sẽ tuy nhiên hôm mình đến khách sạn có chút vấn đề nên mất 30p bọn mình mới được lên phòng. Bù lại khách sạn có hỗ trợ up hạng phòng miễn phí. Lễ tân nhiệt tình, vui vẻ nhưng khá bận nên khi cần có thể liên hệ số điện thoại cho nhanh. Ngoài ra, thanh toán thẻ tại khách sạn sẽ bị charge phí. Còn lại ổn áp nhé.

The location is perfect in the middle of old quarter. The room quite spacious and clean although the interior style not modern, but it is in old quarter so maybe the interior should complement the area 😀. The bed were big, we book the family room for 4 persons. Our room has a balcony which we can see the main road of the old quarter. A little bit confuse to find the hotel since the name of Hanoi de Maison not found in google map, but you can try Hanoi Gratify Hotel, I think they just changed their name recently. They also have several services like motorbike rental, laundry, and also several tours.
