the receptionist didn't speak english and having kind of difficult to communicate, and our first morning there terrible because they make some really annoying sounds up there. but glad they upgraded our room

I spent such a sum of money, this hotel is not worthy, old hotel, dirty hotel, the surrounding space is also dirty, practically not like the pictures you show customers on the web. Staff attitude is not good, I have children with me, I asked the receptionist for security to bring suitcases to the car, the receptionist said: this hotel does not do that, they say the new 5 star hotel carries onions Separated car for guests, I found this hotel not yet worth a star, I find very frustrating and dissatisfied about this hotel.
