Friendly staff, I arrived early and was supported to check in early without charge. I booked a room when there was a promotion of more than 150k/day, with this price I didn't expect the room to be so new, spacious and clean. There is an elevator. The common area is too ok ☺️

I booked 2 rooms and had the following bad experiences: - Room for 4 people: the room and bathroom are large, but the air conditioner is not cool - Room for 2 people: as soon as I entered the room, I smelled urine, the bathroom was not clean, the bed looked dirty and the room was a bit cramped. Both rooms were quite stuffy, so if you book, please consider carefully.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, khá gần các địa điểm ăn uống nổi tiếng. Nhân viên thân thiện, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ mọi yêu cầu của khách hàng. Mình đến sớm lúc 7h sáng cũng hỗ trợ nhận phòng. Trả phòng trễ thì có tính thêm phí nhưng rất rẻ. Có cho thuê xe, có thang máy. Cách âm không được tốt lắm. Dẫu sao trải nghiệm của mình ở đây rất tuyệt. Giá cả bình dân. Highly recommend.

Mình thuê xe ở khách sạn luôn cho tiện ai ngờ xe bị rút hết sạch xăng, định kiếm chỗ đổ xăng gần nhất để đổ mà không kịp luôn, thuê 2 chiếc phải dắt bộ ra chỗ đổ xăng cả 2, quá keo kiệt, rút cũng vừa phải cho người ta chạy đi đổ xăng chứ trời ạ. Còn lại thì phòng ốc cũng sạch sẽ, lễ tân cũng khá lịch sự.

The hotel room is very nice and clean. Top view. I stayed 4 people for 4 nights, every day the sisters cleaned the room, changed the bed sheets, gave us 4 bottles of water / day. The receptionist is on duty 24/24, very cute. We go out early or come back late, it's also very reassuring. The hotel is in a central location, so it's very convenient to go out, close to the airport. With such a low price, I am very satisfied with such a service. Will come back if I have a chance to come to Phu Yen. Thank you Hiep Thanh Hotel.
