After 7pm, there are no services including food and drink, the cable is closed at 9pm, so the family had to stay in the room to eat instant noodles and drink water from the fridge! The wifi signal after this time is also extremely weak! We were very surprised and scared when we called and asked and the receptionist confirmed that the 3rd floor dining area was still open, but when the family went up, it was closed and dark. We walked to the reception and there was no car service because all the staff had gone home and there was only the receptionist. The receptionist was annoyed and drove the car to pick up the guests even though we had to wait for the car for 30 minutes!!! and reversed the car so badly that the car almost backed up into the abyss!!! It was terrible!!! We were taken to the central restaurant area and the fancy night cafe as advertised, but it was also closed! After struggling for a while, it was around 8pm so the family decided to go back to the room to eat instant noodles and try to stay overnight! The next day, when checking out, we had to wait for the elevator for a long time before the staff opened their mouth to ask for the elevator to the parking lot. The receptionist asked for the elevator to the parking lot, but they didn't give us any instructions. They asked us to choose the left or right stairs, so the family had to carry their luggage and the two elderly people had to walk.

Their facilities are in bad maintenance, and the room looks pretty old, but besides that, it 's very roomy for two. There is a steamy room inside the bathroom, which is very cool to me. Despite that, the staff is nice, enthusiastic, and very supportive. It is located on the campus of the theme park on a mountain, which is good for doing some outdoor activities and very quiet during the night time. We had been out all day. I'd rate it 7 out of 10.

Very suitable for families traveling with young children. Many games are suitable for children and families. 300k 1 ticket to play poker for 2 days comfortably. The hotel is vast and spacious and the price is also cheap. The interior is a bit old. The cable car is free to go up and down by itself, so it is very convenient to go out. Ah, the ice cream shop below the cable car is a little bit delicious. The air conditioner is as loud as a plow making 1 night without sleep dx. Breakfast buffet is quite delicious, like traditional western cakes such as beef cake, pork skin cake... Very delicious. Swimming pool is a bit dirty. Leaf litter is quite abundant. The water is turbid, diving with glasses can't see anything but my hands :v The toilet in the tourist area is quite old, temporary, not very clean. The pool area toilet smells quite strong through the pool. The food inside the amusement park is nothing but a few rice dishes, a bit unfinished, and the chicken wings are dry and stiff. Seafood rice is 1 stalk of cuttlefish beard. Soft rice to eat dx.

Xuống cấp rất nhiều, phòng hôi, đặc biệt là nhà vệ sinh xộc mùi cống, mình có hỏi thì những phòng khác cùng toà cũng bị tương tự. Buffet sáng cũng ít món hơn năm ngoái mình đi.

Rooms are not beautiful, old. The tourist location is quite beautiful, if invested more, it is an ideal resort. The amusement park is still quite small, not creating a sense of excitement. Children's games are suitable for children under 4 years old or the adult area is suitable for children over 9-10 years old, this time when I went to my 2 children who were 6-8 years old, they could not participate in any games. Book room 1.4 million + entrance ticket (required) 600k for 2 people. But the game sucks, some are under maintenance and can't be played. The most annoying thing is At 3 am, there is a group (some company team building) about a hundred people, loudspeakers gathered in front of the room door and shouted in unison: "determined to fight" followed by footsteps. people rumbling along with the sound of talking. Sleepless all night. In the morning, when I checked out, I gave feedback to the reception and received an irresponsible answer: what did you say to the manager.

The cable car stops working too soon Too many games on the cloud lake are suspended - reason: translation covid19 Why not inform the guests in advance? There is a note that requires additional money, but it is written in English before Vietnamese. However, the room has been exchanged on the ground and there is no extra fee, so if you have to pay extra fees and nothing like bt is not worth it.
