Phòng cũ, lông tóc còn trên giường, thiết bị nhà tắm cũ kỹ, không đủ nước tắm, mở lên được chút thì hết nước nóng, nước chảy yếu. Không hài lòng, sẽ không quay lại.

The hotel has a large room with a glass door view of the street, ok, and the quality of the room is also good. I booked a combo with an air ticket, so it was reduced to 1 hundred and a few 1 night (the price tag in the hotel is close to 300-400 1 night), when checking in, the reception took a long time to find a reservation, so this part is a bit difficult to check in. towel but finally the hotel let me check in. The magnetic card every day must contact the reception again to activate, but after each day the card cannot open the room anymore (red newspaper) a bit cumbersome. The hotel doesn't clean the room every day, but I find it cheap to book through the app, so it's not too demanding.

Reduce ads on the site, the room is not like the photo, the receptionist replied that the guest was not the hotel that uploaded the photo? So where is it? The price on the page is more expensive than the price listed at the hotel, poor facilities, disappointed in the hotel

I went to 4 people to book a room on Thursday. Saturday, check-in to the room to regulate and break down, the staff said that they would fix it in a few hours if they could not transfer another room. But at 10pm, going to the hotel to go to the hotel, the staff said that they could not overcome it and said that there was no temporary bedroom without air conditioning while 2 beds with thick and hot sweats could not lie. And We decided to check out immediately in the dark, down then the hotel asked for 300k room charge and only refunded the remaining balance without being responsible for the problem occurred. :) The first time placed on the app must be booked This hotel is completely disappointed. Hope everyone considers when hiring this hotel.
