Classic style hotel, has an aquarium with big fish that like to kiss visitors' hands, beautiful view, can see Hai Phong seaport, Hoang Van Thu bridge, beautiful Cam River. The hotel has air conditioning on waiting for guests to check in. Friendly staff, car parking available. Location near the city center, very convenient to walk to the City Opera House, Le Chan monument, central flower garden strip...

Pros: Relatively central location, friendly enough staff Limited Almost reception is not available at the counter Room and facilities are bad, carpets are not vacuumed regularly, soundproofing is not good, air conditioning not cool enough and the design is direct to the bed, the refrigerator is broken... Breakfast is almost nothing, the quality is also bad The elevator does not have a ventilation fan even though it is quite high-rise, going in the elevator is very mysterious. when the weather is hot With a price of about 1 million / night, it is really impossible to be satisfied with the experience at k.s, hope next time will improve more

Air conditioner is not cool enough, very hot. Report to the staff they told me to open the fan, available in the room (I mean the executive room is on the 11th floor is the best). Old equipment, many cabinets with dust. The bed is not comfortable. Generally not worth the money. Breakfast is not good, air conditioning is not cool enough, eat quickly and finish. The staff is average. My colleague at 2 other hotels (this time we went in a crowded area, so we did not book in the same room) and 5 stars were also cheaper and much better. Unless there is no room at other hotels, I won't come back.
