The hotel is clean. The only thing is that there is no refrigerator, so it is a bit inconvenient. 10km from Ba Mountain, late checkout is charged at a low fee. Will come back if I have a chance to return to Tay Ninh.

The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. Everything is very new and the toilet is clean. The receptionist is lovely and helpful. there is also a motorbike rental, very suitable for anyone traveling to Tay Ninh like me. 5 stars for both quality and service !!!

The staff's attitude was terrible, the rooms and bedding were filthy, and when I asked for a change, they gave me a dismissive look and brought in a blanket that was just as dirty as a rag. The air conditioner was on maximum but didn't cool the room, and the bathroom was filthy with a fan that sounded like a tractor. Because I checked in too late and just wanted to sleep and leave the next day, I will never come back here. Terrible!

The toilet is dirty, very dirty. I didn't dare sit on the toilet, I flipped the 2 toilet lids over the dirty bowl. The head of the bed is damaged and filled with dust. Moldy curtains. The price for such a room is too high. Entering the room, it smelled musty. Inside the room, everywhere was dirty. Chills

I don't want to say the service was terrible, but it made me lose my emotions and distrust. Since this is my first time booking on here. When I checked in, the receptionist had a very rude attitude, saying that the room I booked was no longer available, had to book another room with a higher price... and I gave traveloka's message code, the receptionist did not read... and said do not know do not solve. My friend who was with me had to loudly yell at you, Traveloka has cooperated with you but you say you don't know what... then there is a lady who doesn't know if she is a manager or a hotel owner just whispered to him and agreed to settle for me in the room... but not the right room I booked this room behind the wall of the reception counter. If it were you, what kind of trip would you have... too disheartening. And if it's still early, I'll spend the money I booked to find a new hotel by myself... maybe it'll be more fun. I'm not too upset, but I think with such hotels, should we continue to maintain... let other customers continue the disappointment. Now, I check my email and see that the app has sent a review and I think you are also professional and listen to customers' opinions to improve, so I don't mind saying what happened. thanks

Khách sạn mới y hình sạch sẽ, mình lên tới tây ninh không tìm được khách sạn ưng ý , đi dòng dòng tìm rất lâu , vô tình search trên traveloka thấy Hoàng Mai nên mình đặt thử , đặt xong 5p sau mình tìm đến nơi, mình đặt phòng hạng thường 2 người tuy tới hết phòng hạng thường nhưng khách sạn vẫn hỗ trợ cho mình ở phòng vip và không thu thêm bất kì chi phí nào, qua hôm sau mình trả phòng muộn 1 tí vẫn không phụ thu, cảm giác rất hài lòng về thái độ phục vụ, còn về khách sạn thi rất hiện đại và sạch sẽ, chắc chắn sẽ ghé lại nếu có dịp lên Tây Ninh
