Liked the location outside of ancient town, but just a short walk. Staff were all lovely, very nice pool with loungers that have padding. Decent breakfast with seating inside and outside. Enjoyed having a balcony to sit out on.

Excellent location, short walk to old town and all the shopping. Staff is incredibly engaging always checking if anything is needed to make your stay more comfortable. Room was always clean as is the hotel itself. Pool is excellent. They made great recommendations for shopping at check in as well as activities and sights. Only real downside is the gym, it will be fine for most but if you're a gym rat you know this is typical complaint lol. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Clean, safe, convenient walking distance to Hội An old town.
I am very happy with the service. The receptionists , specifically the lead Joy Fom , are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful .
Nice swimming pool , great continental breakfast. Last but not least, I love the bicycles that can be check out for free. I used the bicycle to get to the old town around 10:00am …if you want to shred some weight via perspiration :)
Highly recommend the hotel for staying at the hotel.

가성비 좋다고 추천한 분들 반성해야할 듯. 오래된 호텔이라 방에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 나고, 샤워기나 욕조 파이프에서 물이 샘. 조식당 음식은 평균이하이고, 직원들은 아침인사나 자리안내도 없었음. 그래도 매번 팁을 두고 나왔는데 지금 생각해 보니 살짝 후회가 됨. 투숙객이 적어서인지 안방비치까지 셔틀버스 운행도 중단하고 있음. 대신 붐비지 않고 올드타운 중심가까지 걸을 수 있는 거리에 위치한 점은 좋았음.

Beautiful boutique hotel minutes walk from all the action. Delicious buffet breakfast and super friendly staff. Joy in particular was just a ‘joy’. The rooms very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend!

There are things I enjoyed and things that could be improved about this hotel.
The initial communication with the hotel was great; however, while the staff were attentive and kind, I felt that it was difficult to speak with them when I was there. I did believe that the staff did try their best to do what they can.
The hotel is about four years old, but it feels older. The walls were leaking during the heavy rain, which probably will mean that mold will grow later if they do not fix it. The room itself felt like it wasn't fully clean with dusty floors and soap stains on the shower glass. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes from the old town. The hotel does have a private beach with a shuttle; however, the shuttle is so inconsistent that even the staff recommends to take a taxi back.
The hotel also felt like it was constantly advertising for its excursions, spas and gifts not just in the lobby, but with all the pamphlets in the room - that's fine that they want to show their other products but it felt constant. For a four star hotel, I believe that they could do better.

Staff were very friendly here. Hotel was excellent to. The
only problem we encountered was the shower got very hot
out of nowhere and also the TV remote wouldn't work from
the bed (not much of an issue really).
I would stay here again. It's pretty close to everything you
would need and has shuttle busses and tour options eg bana
hills, marble mountain etc.
There wasn't many vegan options for breakfast though. We
just had fruit and baked beans on toast every morning

Lovely interconnecting rooms, great prices drinks during happy hour and very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. Only let down was that pastries and bread needed covering at breakfast as always had flies on them
