The hotel is as good, clean and complete as the 5* hotel I've stayed at. Especially the double room is suitable for family travel. Just the view is not nice. People go to many places in Da Lat without needing a view. Choosing this hotel is quite reasonable. Attentive employee . Free laundry and drying for double rooms. The room is nice and clean, with a nice view. The only downside is that I rented a room for 5 people but there was only one room card, and it was very inconvenient to use the elevator with a card. I hope the hotel will fix this soon.

The room was infested with cockroaches, tiny ones everywhere – on the bed, in the wardrobe, on the table, in the bathroom. I even used mothballs around the bed and scattered them in my suitcase to feel safer, but I couldn't sleep well all night because I was afraid the cockroaches would crawl on me in the middle of the night.

The rooms are nice and affordable, the location is close to popular attractions, and the environment is mostly filled with foreigners. However, the hotel only accepts cash and doesn't accept bank transfers. Parking for a car overnight costs 90,000 VND/day, not free. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The receptionist was polite, the security guard and parking attendant had a very bad attitude. The room was a bit old, the hygiene was poor, there were many small cockroaches in the room. The room had few outlets, the voltage of the 110V outlet could not be used.

I see many cockroaches in the rooms very weird elevator systems it takes ages to get down or get upstairs..very weird system at reception they do care about only check in and check outs no room service you have to deal with 2th party whoever your room provider is..it means that even small problems taking so long time to sort it out..so busy hotel I feel like I am in China

The room has a nice view. The room I originally booked was city view, but I asked for a sea view upgrade, with a fee, the staff supported quickly, the room is beautifully designed, the long balcony faces the sea, the hotel is located right in the center, just a few steps away from the night market, square, Tram Huong tower. Because it is in a central location, I prioritized a high, quiet floor. The only downside is that the wait for the elevator is a bit long. In addition, there is a gym, swimming pool on the 6th floor for free use. The apartment room has microwave, iron, dryer, TV, bathtub. The room is cleaned every day, neat and clean. The soundproofing is not very good, guests walking on the balcony, we still hear the sound of slippers and talking. Next time I will come back here
