I was totally impressed by the customer service, which is 10/10. They were so friendly and kind. They took care of their customers in every single detail. They made it feel like home ! Additionally, the cozy and traditional atmosphere by the design of Hue 1962 Inn is a big plus. The dishes for breakfast were amazing, which made me really full. Especially, the room is tidy, clean, and new. Will come back !!! Rất tuyệt vời, nhất định sẽ quay trở lại

Location, location, location. It sits on the northwest corner of the Citadel, inside the walled city and north of the Perfume River. Could not be more convenient to walk to the main attractions of Hue - the Imperial City and museum. Wonderful local hotel, very comfortable, very nice staff, a wonderful local Hotel rather than a large hotel on the south side of the Perfume River and bus to the main attractions.

It's a lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to the citadel along with a lot of coffee shops in the area. Staffs are amazingly sweet and attentive, we woke up late and they still went out of their way to make us breakfast! Will definitely come back again.

The staff were excellent in this quiet area right in the citadel. They were very empathetic when one of us were ill and even got us a Pandan porridge to lift their spirit. Good area for exploring the citadel. A grab ride to the louder, touristy parts of town. Very nice thank you!

it cost more than comparable hotels, but overall, it was a decent option. While clean, the floor looked very dirty. The room itself looked nice (other than the floor). Unfortunately, there were no condiments such as tea or cofee packages - even though there was a kettle in the room. I had expected it would put me closer to the imperial palace, but the hotel was behind the palace, and for that reason, almost the same distance as hotels on the other side of the river.

Wir haben das 4er Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen und hatten anderes erwartet, da die Fotos durcheinander und missweisend sind. Hier hätte man die einzelnen Zimmer einzeln listen müssen. Unser Zimmer hatte, bis auf ein Fenster zum Frühstücksraum kein Fenster, war muffig/feucht und die Klimaanlage schaffte keine Abhilfe. Der Fliesenboden sieht schmuddelig aus und bedarf in der Dusche einer ordentlichen Reinigung. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Das Personsl war überaus freunflich und gewährte Gepäcksufbewahrung. Für das Frühstück muss man Zeit einplanen, da langsam.
