Having trouble while checking in, the staff did not know the Traveloka application, did not know what the itinerary code was, called the hotel owner without knowing the information of the guest's reservation, and continuously refused the reservation. After asking Traveloka Hotline for support, I finally checked in. Waking up around 9:00 a.m., the hotel refused to serve breakfast because it was out of time. Definitely the first and only time here. In addition, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.
