Thực sự trong quá trình làm việc ở nhiều tỉnh thành, ở nhiều khách sạn nhưng Jade Hotel đã để cho tôi nhiều ấn tượng về sự thân thiện mến khách đi tôi lưu trú ở đây. Anh chị em nhân viên luôn tươi cười, hỏi thăm khách, hỗ trợ khách. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, phòng tôi ở standard cũng có bồn tắm. Mọi trải nghiệm thực sự hài lòng.

The staff is warm, cheerful, enthusiastic, and provides maximum support from outing instructions as well as places to eat, prices, and accompanying maps. The rooms have a vintage style from the past, with a bit of a European feel, so if you don't get used to it, you will feel old. There is no elevator, but the assistant staff carries the suitcases upstairs. Near the center, easy to go out, running through the capital only 3-4 minutes The air conditioner is cold, the bathroom has a soaking tub.

Although there may be some issues that make you uncomfortable during your stay, we really hope that you will enjoy your time with us and have memorable experiences. The reason the hotel does not have an elevator is because it is a rented house, the owner wants to preserve his historical architecture. The homeowner believes that building more elevators will compromise the integrity of the building's original design. Hope you can understand and sympathize with the hotel.

Phải nói là rất bất ngờ với chị chủ và các bạn nhân viên! Vừa thân thiện lại rất nhiệt tình. Phong cách phục vụ dù khách sạn nhỏ nhưng rất chỉn chu và chuyên nghiệp. Về nơi ở, tuy không có thang máy, nhưng cầu thang, phòng ốc rất thoáng và dễ chịu. Nhất định sẽ quay lại đây khi đến Huế.
