The receptionist was super cute, I booked a room without a balcony but when I checked in she said the air conditioner was broken so she upgraded me to a room with 2 beds and a balcony for no extra charge. The minus point of the room is that it's too chill, after checking in I didn't want to go out, just wanted to stay in the room to relax, suitable for vacation. The room was fragrant, clean and really chill. If I go to Vung Tau, I will book a room here again.

Although it is located opposite the beach, the hotel is rundown, the air conditioning is not cool, and there is no fan in the room. The mattress is sandy, the shower is too weak. Not worth the money, do not stay. Traveling like this is a waste to stay at this hotel.

Phòng khách sạn mình nhận không giống hình, cửa phòng trên hình bằng gỗ nhưng lúc nhận phòng lại bị thay thành cửa nhôm nhìn èo ọt cảm giác không hề an toàn tí nào khi ngủ nghỉ về đêm 😅. Có hỏi lễ tân thì các bạn bảo rằng đang sửa chữa nhưng lúc trước đó mình nhắn tin bên khách sạn thì lại không thấy báo về điều đó, nhìn hình với thực tế lúc nhận phòng khác lắm. Cảm giác giá phòng và phòng ở thực tế không hề xứng đáng mặc dù đã nhận được giá giảm. Phòng không được cách âm nhen, mình ở phòng mà nghe được phía trên các bé chạy giỡn đùng đùng muốn nhức cái đầu

Vị trí cạnh bờ biển nên rất tiện đi lại. Mình ở phòng Family nên có ban công nho nhỏ để hóng mát. Cơ sở vật chất ở mức vừa đủ, không quá mới, phòng ban đầu mới nhận hơi nặng mùi xịt phòng. Bù lại thì nhân viên khá nhiệt tình và thân thiện hỗ trợ.

Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, thoáng, vật dụng trong phòng còn rất mới, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên thì mình có góp ý chút về cách phục vụ, ví dụ như mình check-in phòng sớm thì bạn nhân viên kêu là vẫn chưa có phòng, chuyện đó thì mình oke nma bạn í có thể rcm mình thuê phòng khác theo giờ rồi knao có thể check-in được thì mình sẽ nhận phòng, thay vì cứ liên tục từ chối khách. Hôm sau thì mình check-out phòng muộn và bạn nhân viên có gõ cửa để nhắc mình 2 lần, mình thấy là nên để khách thoải mái ở đi xong knao check-out phòng rồi báo có phụ thu phí gì không sau. Chứ cứ gõ cửa liên tục z hơi ảnh hưởng đến sự riêng tư của bọn mình. Thật sự là mình cũng chưa đi khách sạn nào cứ đúng giờ là lên gõ cửa nhắc khách check-out phòng như thế 🥲 Về vị trí các thứ thì đều tốt hết không có gì phải chê cả. Mình chỉ góp ý về cách phục vụ như vậy thôi, còn nếu các bạn được train để làm vậy thì mình không có ý kiến gì hết nheee vì quy trình mỗi nơi mỗi khác. Nói chung là mình đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời ở đây ✨
