More than 13h guests have not prepared the room. 4 guests / 1 room 2 double beds but only 1 bed. The new room entered the bar so badly that the 6-year-old smelled and vomited. High child surcharge: 150k / 1 baby. In the quote there is breakfast - practically none. Employees are not enthusiastic, irresponsible. After checking out, do not proactively pay guests identity card.
