I came to check in and there was no room as booked. The hotel blamed the app, not the solution. The app could not be contacted urgently, but they had to wait until late at night to call their family back. My family went with young children, waiting for you to blame was very tiring. Later, the owner of the hotel came and decided to let his house stay temporarily in a villa (as I understand it to be empty and not exploited), very dirty. In a moment, the fuse blows. Change to another apartment, equally dirty. The floor is still full of rainwater. When using electricity, turn one on and turn off the other. Just turn on the air conditioner and turn on the TV, the electricity will jump. It is dark to settle down. Lost 1 day out. The hotel lost power about ten times in the evening. Domestic water is only enough for a quick shower and the next day it runs out of water, not even toilet water. However, when checking out, they also said that they were the hotel that supported her to stay in the villa, she had to pay compensation. I don't understand what I'm asking for to help you ask for money. The location of the hotel is far from residential areas, not convenient to eat and drink. 2 restaurants of the hotel refused to serve because today the group was crowded. cannot accept more retail customers. Going to dinner is like going to beg your friends. And finally, the group eats what their family eats, there is no choice. Only 1 wrong choice but the whole family is very unhappy and tired. I think you have to compensate me for the mental damage, not call to ask for my room. Very upset
