My stay was a 10/10, absolutely nothing to critique from the moment I arrived. Check-in service was wonderful, the room was beautiful and clean, the food was amazing, and every single staff member was wonderful. My family and I, including my parents, stayed here for 7 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. Throughout our stay, everything was excellent. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally kind and thoughtful, even coming out to the lobby to personally say goodbye to each of us. The laundry service was also excellent, clothes came back clean, freshly pressed, and always on time. Breakfast was good. A special thanks to Thang and Ngan for their warm hospitality and for making us feel so much at home.

This is a new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very central. Rooms were fabulous, staff attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The Spa was a real treat, and very well ran. The view from the Sky bar is incredible. Breakfast was good too.

We had a fabulous stay here the staff are amazing. We stayed in a junior suite which had an amazing balcony but I felt the room could have been a little bigger for the cost. We rearranged the room a bit and removed a chair etc to give us a little more space. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with lots of options and good coffee. The pool was stunning with fabulous views across the city and the roof top bar was a lovely spot. The staff were what made the stay amazing. With 10 minutes to go before our car to the airport was due we realised we had left our toddlers headphones in another restaurant close by. As it was pouring with rain the hotel sent a bel boy to the restaurant to pick them up. He went and came back in the pouring rain within 10 minutes so that we had the headphones 🎧 for the long flight home to Australia. They often went over and above and had lots of local knowledge happy to share. They also packed us snacks boxes for the flight as we would miss breakfast but we couldn't carry it all.

Lovely hotel, great service, good location. The only slight downside is that the breakfast area is quite small so it can feel crowded. Great rooftop bar with far reaching views. Staff are super friendly, helpful and professional.
