The room is spacious and clean! The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful! The food is also delicious! Especially the swimming pool system here is extremely good for families with children The beach is extremely clean because the hotel cleans it carefully... The sea view here is also extremely chill... Although I have been here many times, I always feel very happy! The room smelled bad, and the key card was very inconvenient. Guests were not offered complimentary drinks while waiting to check in. There were only two bottles of mineral water in the room, but they were charged extra. There was no free bottled water for guests.

The interior was old, and the room was poorly cleaned. A staff member left a half-used cleaning cloth in the room. They placed me next to the hotel's cleaning supplies storage area, and I could hear noise and smell foul odors. The breakfast buffet was not good and lacked variety. I stood there for a long time without being able to choose anything.

The staff were friendly. The app said check-in time was 3 PM, but the receptionist helped me check in earlier. This is my third visit, and everything has been great, except the pool water was a bit cold and there were too many leaves. 😁
