The hotel is located near the center so it is very convenient to travel. The room is spacious, fully equipped, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is varied and suitable for your taste. The receptionist and housekeeping staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

The hotel is brand new, clean, fully equipped, the space is very delicately decorated, the staff is friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful, near the center of Da Lat, there are many shops and convenience stores around, the best thing is that 1 bed has 4 pillows so I can lie down and hug to sleep... I will come back here if I have the chance.

Not recommend the Superior Room with City view, as the power lines are just near the room window; it is not safe to open the window. The water-heater system does not respond instantly, especially at night, so it takes a long time the get warm water for showers. The others are ok, and thanks for the hospitality and friendliness.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, during the storm so it was cold and rainy, so I stayed in the hotel more instead of going out. The room was spacious, had windows so it was quite airy. The staff was polite and friendly, my group had small children and the elderly so they arranged a room that was airy and quiet, they were very attentive. In particular, the hotel has fireproof doors so I felt very secure. However, if you want to use hot water in the bathroom, it takes a long time to warm up a bit, the toilet water can't be hot after flushing, it's a waste of water. The hotel doesn't sell additional food (including instant porridge, instant noodles), at 10pm my mother had a fever and had to go buy porridge but the hotel didn't sell it, everything around was closed. From the hotel, it takes about 7-10 minutes to drive to Da Lat market. Right on the left of the hotel, there is a sandwich stall selling delicious meatballs in the morning, opposite there is a stall selling delicious fruit. Nearby there are Pharmacity and Long Chau pharmacies. I booked at around 300k/night, compared to this price range, it is very reasonable. Worth the experience.
