The room is spacious, beautiful, clean, with free food and drinks in the room / I have been to many 3-4 star hotels but have never stayed in a hotel with such free services for guests, so I am very happy. If you are hungry at night, you can have free cup noodles with snacks in the room. There is free underground parking. Will definitely come back. Central location in Cau Giay district, convenient for business trips.

Very good for business trip - the staff was friendly. Nice spacious room with window. They gave me free snacks and drinks at room. Their Tv had good connection with Netflix. Thank you for my stay with good rate.

Very satisfied. Khsan supports early check in. I booked a standard room and was upgraded to premium for free. I feel like khsan is very supportive. Dear 2 old ladies and gentlemen at the reception, they speak very slowly and gently.

At first, I was quite hesitant when I found the hotel because I hadn't seen many reviews, so I was hesitant to book it. It was beyond my expectations. I went to a concert so I had to arrive at the hotel early at 12pm, but the hotel supported a free room upgrade and early check-in. Because I was too tired from the concert, I didn't check in at all. The room was nice, clean, quiet, and the food in the room was free and saved me from hunger. Right at the entrance to the hotel, there was a free snack counter. I was super satisfied, everyone got what they wanted. My friends and I were super satisfied. Next time we have the chance, we will definitely book again. I hope the hotel goes viral ^^ This is my first time writing a review but it's so long 😂

The room is clean, the furniture is quite new. The bathroom has a self-cleaning toilet =)))))) The hotel has a free mini bar, and there are 2 bottles of soft drinks in the fridge. I'm quite satisfied, will come back again.

Although I have been here many times. The check-in time is inconsistent and the receptionist at Tran Duy Hung charges additional fees that are unclear. Although I have been here for 2 years, I will not come back.

According to the hotel's check-in - check-out policy, check-out time is 12 noon. You checked out at 1:30 pm, the receptionist charged an additional 90,000 VND because the hotel's additional charge policy is 30,000 VND/30 minutes. So the receptionist has followed the regulations. However, in case you want to check out later, considering that you are a loyal customer (for example, free late check-out), you can notify the receptionist in advance next time. Depending on the room status, we may consider free late check-out when you notify in advance and there are still rooms available. Because the customer was not notified in advance about the late check-out, the receptionist only followed the regulations.
We are very sorry for this unfortunate misunderstanding that has made you unhappy. We would like to offer you a free early check-in from 11:30 and a free late check-out until 13:30 (based on room availability) on your next visit.
