The hotel is new, clean and beautiful. I stayed in a 4-person twin room which was very comfortable. The double room was a bit small. Overall, the location is quite good. There are restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and convenient supermarkets nearby. I didn't go to the market so I don't know if it's close by. If anyone is looking for a place to sleep and hang out during the day, it's great.

all services are very good, reception and housekeeping are very attentive only the room is not soundproof so all activities in other rooms can be heard, the guest turned on the tv but opened the door and spoke many times, no staff came up to remind

New, beautiful room. The room has a sensor lighted glass window in the hallway right at the door, so when someone walks by, the sensor light will turn on, making it difficult to see.

The room was dirty, when I checked in I opened the fridge and it was moldy. Then the staff changed my room, the bathroom had a poor drainage system, the room smelled musty.

This is my first time booking a room on Traveloka. The room is clean and fully equipped. The hotel also offers motorbike rentals, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. When I went out at night and my motorbike broke down, the staff came to pick me up very enthusiastically... next time if I have the chance, I will come back.

The plus point is that the room is new, clean, the staff will help carry the suitcase to the room when arriving The minus point is that the room is not soundproof, people talking outside can be heard very loudly, very noisy. The room is not cleaned every day (because I stayed in another place, there was this service). The parking place is not convenient because you have to park on the side of the road with a no parking sign, so you have to wait for the time to get off to change parking, very inconvenient.

I only stayed and ate outside. This hotel does not have food service. The staff is enthusiastic, the hotel is clean and secure. The location is near the center of Dalat, so I have to say: OUT OF DIPPING SAUCE

Although it's just a normal hotel, the rooms are clean, have airy windows, quiet, there's someone cleaning the room for you in the morning, parking is on odd and even days, the price is also good for families.
