Quite clean. Quiet location. Close to the city center.

The rooms are brand new and clean, and the staff are enthusiastic.

Check-in time was 2 PM. I arrived on time, but the receptionist was quite unpleasant. I asked how much longer it would take to get my room, but they didn't answer. Only after asking a third time did they say I had to wait another 15-20 minutes because a group of guests had just checked out. In my opinion, the need to clean multiple rooms due to group check-outs is something the hotel should proactively arrange staff to ensure check-in for subsequent guests, rather than making guests wait because of this reason. Finally, our group arrived at 2 PM but didn't get our room until 2:30 PM. Even worse, the floor was soaking wet when we entered the room, giving the impression that the room hadn't been properly prepared for guests. On the plus side, the room was quite new and the central location was a positive. However, with such a poor check-in experience and service, I will not be returning.

The hotel is new, beautiful, and conveniently located. I will return. Mang Den is beautiful and peaceful. You should try it… Wishing the hotel lots of guests.

The toilet had a slight odor; the hotel should improve it.

Extremely convenient, clean and tidy, suitable for a multi-day stay, overall excellent, I will definitely come back here to experience it again.

The room's interior is new and beautiful. The room is clean and has a relaxing view. The staff are enthusiastic. The hotel is right in the center, so it's convenient for getting around; just a few steps away is a pine forest perfect for taking photos. Very satisfied. If you're going to Mang Den, this is a great place to stay. 🩵

The accommodation is close to entertainment venues, and the rooms are new, clean, and tidy. We checked in early (around 12 noon) and received enthusiastic support from the hotel staff. The only thing we weren't entirely satisfied with was the soundproofing of the room.
