New hotel built 2-3 years ago, central area near the market, clean, convenient to eat and drink, 5-7 minutes walk to Xuan Huong Lake. The staff is cheerful and friendly, the room is quite spacious, has windows, especially 2-way air conditioning. Breakfast is quite delicious, many dishes. Will continue to support.

I had a wonderful 3d2d vacation at the hotel. I booked a Superior room and was upgraded to a Deluxe room with Honeymoon concept decoration for free right after the hotel learned that it was my husband and my wife's wedding anniversary trip. Room is clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, polite and really friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is right on Bui Thi Xuan street, so it's convenient to move to locations in the center. Near the hotel there are also many good eating places. The hotel also has motorbike rental service for 160k/motorcycle. Although the breakfast menu is not too diverse, the food is very delicious. Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with this trip.

I left my FC watch in the bathroom, and when I contacted the manager, they said they personally cleaned the room and didn't see the watch. I'm very disappointed by the hotel staff's honesty.

The hotel is also normal. The room has full amenities, no welcome drink or surprises. The experience is like a normal 1-2 star hotel. The room has air conditioning but it's like there is no air conditioning.
